November - December 2024: News letter 11 - 12月のニュースレター

11月、12月は山形県でのスポーツフェスティバルへの参加やアジア大会出場、クリスマス会などなど・・・2024年後半も盛り沢山！充実した一年となりました！2024年、Japan GAAにかかわって下さった皆さまありがとう！
Great way to close 2024 with lots of events in last two months, great promotion for GAA in Yamagata Sports Festival, hot temperature and heated competition at Asian Gaelic Games in Thailand and our last social event Christmas party!

山形スポーツフェスティバル / Yamagata Sports Festival
山形県でのマルチスポーツフェスタに参加！子どもたちはじめ、たくさんの方がゲーリックフットボールの体験会に参加！山形に住むアイルランド人、デイビットも手伝ってくれました！ありがとう！

Thank you for inviting Japan GAA to Sports Festival in Yamagata! We did great job promoting what Gaelic football is to the world. Thanks all for joining us. And special thanks to David from Ireland who lives in Yamagata.

アジア大会 / Asian Gaelic Games

今年はバンコクでのアジア大会！暑さのなか、男女ともに死闘を繰り広げ、練習の成果を出し切りました。男子はインターミディエイト、女子はジュニアの部に参加。この経験を糧に、次に活かしていきましょう！

Here we come Bangkok! We went to Bangkok from winter to brutally hot weather. We gave it all what we practiced whole year. We went as men’s intermediate and women’s junior. More practice in 2025!

クリスマス パーティー / Christmas party

30名のチームメートと2024年最後の宴を開催！チームアワードの授賞式あり、サンタからのクリスマスプレゼントあり、ライブミュージックあり、一年の最高の締めくくりとなりました。才能ある人多すぎ！みんな来てくれてありがとう！
We can’t ask for more spending time with lovely team mates at Christmas party! We had team award ceremony, gifts from Santa Claus, and live music. We found so many talented people. Thanks everyone for coming!
